Mynavi Corporation (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; representative director, president and executive officer: Yoshiaki Tsuchiya, hereinafter “Mynavi”) signed a capital and business alliance agreement with LRM Corporation (headquarters: Kobe, Hyogo; representative director and CEO: Tetsuya Yukimatsu, hereinafter “LRM”), which operates an information security business.

There has been an increase in companies introducing digital transformation (DX), since the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry released the DX Report*1. Due to the impact of COVID-19, teleworking has also become more common and socially accepted.

As improved information security is regarded as an important issue, the Digital Agency was established in September 2021 to determine measures that should be considered on the national level.

Considering the above trends, incidents caused by employees are regarded as a business challenge. Of the information security incidents that occurred in 2022, many incidents were caused by human error*2.
