Mynavi Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Mynavi”; Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Yoshiaki Tsuchiya) concluded a capital and business alliance agreement on Thursday, September 8, 2022 with Brave group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Brave group”; Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Keito Noguchi), a company engaged in the IP business in the metaverse domain.
Metaverse, which has become a hot topic in the IT industry in recent years, has become the focus of business attention involving a variety of industries. The metaverse virtual space has the potential to create a variety of benefits not only in entertainment and games, but also in business and everyday life, and is expected to become even more popular as a tool that provides more than just conventional online communication.
