Next generation development
For elementary school students
Sponsorship of “The Children’s Conference of the Future in Support of the United Nations”
We provide opportunities for elementary school students to consider the future of the world beyond 2030.
We support the “Mynavi Kids Ambassador Project” in which the representatives chosen from elementary school students who have participated in that conference visit the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
Holding of “Mynavi Elementary School Students’ Contest for Future Dream Jobs”
We host a drawing contest, born out of our wish for elementary school students to think about what they like, what they are good at, and what they want to try, to take action to be who they want to be, and to choose a future dream job from many options.
“Mynavi Career Assessment” that determines the “work style” that suits you provides opportunities to think about future dream jobs.
For junior high school students
Holding of outreach career education workshops across Japan
We have developed an original card game teaching material for career education, called the “Pictorial Guide to Careers to be Learned with Cards” together with NPO the Association of Corporation and Education (Chiba) and have been holding free outreach education workshops at junior high schools across Japan since July 2024. Taking advantage of our extensive network across Japan, Mynavi employees working in our branch offices are also participating as speakers. We explain how work supports society, giving examples of locally rooted businesses.
As of October 2025, 7,240 junior high school students from 83 schools in 38 prefectures participated in the workshop.
Career Exploration Event: “Learn Careers in Real Life”
We also hold career research events for junior high school students, to learn about various industries and occupations.
There will be booths of companies that represent each industry and occupation exhibiting displays introducing what they do, and holding workshops where students can experience the actual work.
This provides an opportunity to expand the students’ perspectives on career choices and to think about their future career, by giving a chance to actually experience the job.
For high school students
Awareness campaign to protect against illegal part-time jobs
Hosting a class for high school students to help them choose safe and legitimate part-time work.
As of November 2025, 32 sessions have been held, with a total of 3,955 participants.
Mynavi Career Koshien
