Mynavi Corporation Establishes Mynavi Staff Holdings Corporation, an Intermediate Holding Company to Strategically Oversee the Temporary Staffing and BPO Businesses

Mynavi Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Shunsuke Awai) newly established Mynavi Staff Holdings Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Katsunori Fujimoto; hereinafter, “Mynavi Staff HD”) as a wholly owned subsidiary effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

In recent years, as the declining birthrate and aging population continue to reduce the labor force, labor shortages at companies are expected to become even more severe. As a company that has long worked to support corporate management primarily in the HR field, Mynavi views intensifying competition among companies to secure labor due to population decline as a social issue that cannot be overlooked.

At the same time, as ways of working become more diverse, creating flexible employment opportunities that accommodate a wide range of individual circumstances—such as remote work, shortened working hours, and flextime—has also become an urgent issue.

In addition to its human resources business, Mynavi has leveraged the knowledge and track record it has built through its BPO business to provide companies with a stable workforce and to help resolve social issues by creating employment opportunities that support diverse work styles.

To further advance these initiatives and enhance the business value of temporary staffing and BPO across the entire Group, Mynavi has established an intermediate holding company that will strategically oversee these businesses. Through this structure, the Company will make an even greater contribution to meeting companies’ workforce needs and creating diverse ways of working.

With the establishment of Mynavi Staff HD, the following eight Group companies in the temporary staffing and BPO domain have become wholly owned subsidiaries of the new company:
