As part of our efforts to protect personal information, we provide an e-learning course once a year for all employees about the protection of personal information, with the aim of keeping employees’ awareness about this issue at a high level. Mynavi-CSIRT is an organization to receive a report in the event that a computer security accident happens in the Mynavi Group and to put the accident under control as soon as possible and with minimal damage. The members of Mynavi-CSIRT include Information Security Division, which plays a central role, as well as Information Systems Division, Legal Division, Corporate Communications Division, and other related divisions.
This is a project to appoint information management staff (gate keeper) for each division and to carry out information asset management and education.
By promoting close cooperation between Information Security Division and each division’s gate keeper, we aim to ensure that effective risk management measures are taken according to each business’s characteristics.
