Our policy on corporate governance

The Mynavi Group’s basic policy on governance is to endeavor to enhance transparency and efficiency in management and gain trust and satisfaction from all stakeholders, and thereby enhance the corporate value of the Group as a whole.

Under this policy, we are building an organizational structure that is able to respond to any situation, strengthening our internal management system, and enhancing our corporate governance, with the aim of further advancing sound and speedy management.

Regarding Directors and the Board of Directors

The Mynavi Group appoints directors in accordance with each company’s articles of incorporation.

Board of Directors Initiatives

Mynavi Group conducts investigations into transactions involving close relatives of directors, including procedures to confirm whether such transactions exist with the directors themselves.Transactions involving competition with directors or conflicts of interest are subject to board resolution, with the board confirming the appropriateness of such transactions.
