At its 53rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held today on December 24, and at extraordinary meetings of the Board of Directors and Board of Corporate Auditors held after the General Meeting of Shareholders, Mynavi Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku Tokyo) appointed Yoshiaki Tsuchiya as Representative Director, Chairman and Executive Officer, and appointed Shunsuke Awai as Representative Director, President and Executive Officer. At the same time, the decision was taken to implement a new management structure, as described below.
The changes to its management structure will allow Mynavi Corporation to respond rapidly to constantly changing market environments, rejuvenate its management team, and increase the speed of decision-making, thereby further enhancing the corporate value of the entire group.

Born in 1981 (age 44)
2003: Joined Mainichi Communications Inc. (currently named Mynavi Corporation)
Shunsuke Awai worked in the new graduate domain for the Job Listings Division at the Osaka Office. In 2011, he was transferred to the Job Listings Division at the Tokyo headquarters, and worked in planning and strategy for the Business Promotion Division. In 2017, he became manager at a sales department, with responsibility for large companies.
