Mynavi Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Yoshiaki Tsuchiya) announces that, effective January 1, 2026, it will implement an absorption-type corporate split in which Mynavi Corporation will serve as the successor company, and its consolidated subsidiary Mynavi Works Corporation (Head office: Shinjuku-ku Tokyo, Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Teruatsu Kawahara) as the splitting company, with Mynavi Corporation assuming the Youth Career Business (including employee placement for younger job seekers) that had been operated by Mynavi Works Corporation.
With this corporate split, “Mynavi Job 20’s” and “Mynavi Creator,” which had previously been operated by Mynavi Works Corporation will be transferred to Mynavi Corporation, and the company will strive to further improve services going forth.
Please note that the temporary employee placement business and BPO business operated by Mynavi Works Corporation will continue to remain under the management of the same company.
The purpose of this corporate split is to improve the overall management efficiency of the Group by consolidating management resources scattered throughout the organization into Mynavi Corporation.
