Compliance and Risk Management Structure
To promote compliance and enhance risk management, we have established the Compliance and Risk Management Committee, chaired by the Representative Director, President and Executive Officer. Serving as an advisory body to the Board of Directors, the committee is responsible for advancing initiatives related to compliance and risk management, conducting investigations, and issuing directives for improvement.
The committee convenes quarterly, with its activities reported to the Board of Directors. Based on these reports, the Board monitors and assesses the effectiveness of compliance and risk management.
Additionally, by consolidating incidents—including accidents and other issues—across all business divisions and group companies within the Mynavi Group, we strive to facilitate appropriate responses, ensure accurate understanding of each case, and prevent recurrence while promoting continuous improvement.
Strengthening Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
Mynavi has established a permanent department dedicated to Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Prioritizing safety above all, the company is strengthening its organizational structure to ensure preparedness in the event of emergencies.
Specifically, we have formulated company-wide BCP regulations and a crisis response checklist (manual) and conduct drills simulating large-scale disasters such as the Nankai Trough earthquake and a major earthquake directly beneath the Tokyo metropolitan area. Furthermore, we are working to build a framework that enables swift and accurate responses by setting priorities for business recovery and analyzing resources with insufficient resilience.
In addition, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we provide emergency supplies to all employees and conduct safety confirmation drills four times a year. We have also introduced a disaster prevention and response guide app on company-issued mobile phones, which can be used offline, to ensure employee safety and strengthen information sharing.
