Mynavi Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Shunsuke Awai; hereinafter, “Mynavi”) held its FY2026 new employee induction ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, with a total of 513 new employees from across Japan in attendance.

 

◆ Overview of the FY2026 New Employee Induction Ceremony

Mynavi held its FY2026 new employee induction ceremony on Wednesday, April 1.

The ceremony held at headquarters was livestreamed to regional offices across Japan, and new employees from a total of 41 locations (locations to which new employees were assigned) participated.

 

This year, Mynavi welcomed a total of 513 new employees hired through the General Career Track, IT Track, and other tracks. Three directors, including the Representative Director, President and Executive Officer, delivered remarks on their expectations for the new employees and the mindset they should have as working professionals.

In addition, during the address by the new employee representative, Ms. Sae Kitahara spoke about her enthusiasm for joining the company and her aspirations for the future.

 

Together with its newly joined employees, Mynavi will continue to stand by and support people throughout their lives as it works to fulfill its Purpose: To create a world that envisions the future by engaging individual potential.
