◆Reasons for the Investment and Future Outlook
In India, many young people who have completed higher education continue to face difficulties in realizing their desired careers, as they are unable to acquire sufficient skills or employment opportunities after graduation. Furthermore, as India’s economy continues to grow and access to medical services improves, the demand for skilled healthcare professionals is increasing rapidly.
However, the healthcare sector in India is facing a shortage of human resources, and this trend is particularly serious in regions outside major metropolitan areas. Medical institutions are struggling to secure highly skilled personnel, and it has become an urgent task to develop young people who can play active roles as work-ready professionals.
