Mynavi Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Yoshiaki Tsuchiya) has conducted a significant revamp of its job search and career-change website, ‘Mynavi Fukushi/Kaigo no Shigoto (Welfare and Nursing Care Jobs)’ which had been in operation since 2019, and will relaunch it as the ‘Mynavi Iryo Fukushi Kyaria (Medical and Welfare Careers)’ (https://mynavi-iryofukushi.jp/) starting on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

◆Background and Purpose of the Renewal

As Japan enters a super-aging society, interdisciplinary collaboration and securing human resources are increasingly becoming critical issues in the medical, welfare, and nursing care fields.

To date, we have provided support for job and career changes for those in the welfare and nursing care field through ‘Mynavi Fukushi/Kaigo no Shigoto (Welfare and Nursing Care Jobs,)’ which is a website that specializes in welfare and nursing care recruitment.

However, collaboration with medical professionals such as nurses and rehabilitation staff has become indispensable in welfare and nursing care sites in recent years, and the need for support across professional roles is growing.

Furthermore, although the job turnover rate for these occupations has been gradually improving, entry rates have not increased enough to meet the needs of society *1 and serious challenges related to securing staff remain. Environments in which staff can thrive with a sense of security over the long term are now needed more than ever.

In response to this social backdrop, ‘Mynavi Fukushi/Kaigo no Shigoto (Welfare and Nursing Care Jobs)’ will change its name to ‘Mynavi Iryo Fukushi Kyaria (Medical and Welfare Careers)’ from October 2025, and expand its scope beyond welfare and nursing care jobs to include medical, dental, pharmaceutical, childcare, and other relevant professions.

The newly launched ‘Mynavi Iryo Fukushi Kyaria (Medical and Welfare Careers)’ has expanded its job categories from the previous 24 to 54. Additionally, through collaboration with Mynavi’s talent introduction service, it will be possible to publish job listings from other occupations as well.

Through evolving into a service that covers a broad range of fields, including medical, welfare, nursing care, pharmaceutical, childcare, and dental professions, we aim to provide job search and career-change support that can address more diverse needs.

We will utilize the expertise Mynavi has accumulated over the years in the human resource field and by committing ourselves to address staffing challenges faced by the entire industry, we will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

◆Future Outlook

[Message from the Project Manager]

It is forecasted that Japan will need a maximum of approximately 570,000 nursing care personnel by the year 2040*2. To tackle this social issue, with its renewal in October 2025, ‘Mynavi Iryo Fukushi Kyaria (Medical and Welfare Careers)’ will significantly expand its job listings in the medical, welfare, and nursing care fields. We strive to provide a highly convenient service integrated into one place that enables users to search and apply for job listings across 54 occupations, including listings from talent introduction services such as ‘Mynavi Kaigoshoku (Nursing Care Jobs)’ and ‘Mynavi Kangoshi (Jobs for Nurses).’
